Old Port Roofing, we have all your roofing solutions covered. We offer roofing services for residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
At Old Port Roofing, we pride ourselves on delivering roofing solutions that are not only durable and dependable but also aesthetically pleasing. Among the many materials we work with, Colorbond steel stands out as a premier choice for homes and businesses across Adelaide. Backed by decades of innovation from BlueScope Steel, Colorbond roofing provides long-lasting protection, stunning colour options, and minimal maintenance. Whether you're replacing a roof or building from scratch, our team can tailor a Colorbond solution to match your needs and style preferences.
Half of all new Australian homes built are built with Bluescope Colorbond steel roofing. The steel base is made and tested to meet Australian standards, therefore ensuring strict adherence to the highest quality grade of finish to your steel. Coated with BlueScope’s globally patented and industry leading Activate technology, you are guaranteed a roof with an anti-corrosion performance.
Colorbond steel is explicitly designed for the harsh Australian climate. Its strength and resilience make it ideal for enduring the extremes—hot summers, sudden downpours, and salty coastal air. Here's why homeowners and business owners alike continue to trust Colorbond:
Colorbond is tested in some of the country's most challenging environments. It resists corrosion, chipping, cracking, and peeling, offering peace of mind no matter where in Adelaide you're located.
Colorbond is available in more than 20 designer shades, allowing you to match your roof to the rest of your exterior with ease. From modern neutrals to heritage reds and greens, the possibilities are almost endless.
With advanced solar reflective technology (Thermatech®), Colorbond roofing can help reduce your cooling costs during hot summers, making your home more energy-efficient.
Unlike tiles, which can shift or crack, Colorbond steel stays put. It requires minimal upkeep and is easy to clean, helping maintain your home’s appearance year-round.
Colorbond roofing is lightweight, reducing structural stress on your property while still offering outstanding strength against wind, rain, and hail.
Our clients' satisfaction is our top priority. Read their testimonials to see how Old Port Roofing has delivered exceptional roofing solutions, outstanding service, and lasting results.

Colorbond roofing isn’t just about good looks—it's also a practical solution to a range of environmental and structural concerns. Here’s how:
Ideal for Adelaide’s coastal suburbs, Colorbond’s baked-on coating resists rust and corrosion and offers a much longer lifespan than traditional roofing materials.
Colorbond's Thermatech® technology reflects more of the sun’s heat, helping to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures without overreliance on air conditioning.
Colorbond steel is non-combustible and meets Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) requirements, making it a smart option for properties in fire-prone regions.
The interlocking profile of Colorbond sheets provides superior wind resistance, an essential feature for properties located on exposed or elevated sites.
Bluescope Colorbond is presented in five colourways – Contemporary, Classic, Fencing, Ultra and Matt finish. Each Bluescope Colorbond roof is characterised by their clean lines, giving a crisp, modern look
We offer Colorbond in 20 different shades; this vast colour selection provides you with the ability to create a design that sets the theme for your entire home. Also enables you to ‘mix and match’ Bluescope Colourbond colours with your gutters, fascia and downpipes. Allowing you to create a roofing design that will complement your home, not compete with it.
Additionally, these colours are available in a range of thermally efficient light colours which can assist in keeping your home cooler on hot summer days making your home more energy efficient.
It’s no wonder that Bluescope Colorbond steel is the popular choice for residential projects all the way through to large commercial buildings including the Adelaide Velodrome and the Margaret Court Arena.
