Old Port Roofing, we have all your roofing solutions covered. We offer roofing services for residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
Your home’s roof should be a priority concern. It is important to ensure that your roof is in top shape to ensure protection to your home and family. If you’re finding it is in a state of disrepair or you’re finding that it’s deteriorating over time, it may be time to consider having your roof repaired or replaced.
There are four main reasons to undergo a roof restoration:
Our roofing solutions not only protect your home; they also look great. By adding a new roof, not only will you be providing protection for your family and peace of mind, but a new roof will also transform your home's overall look. You will be surprised at just how much a new roof can add to your property.
Here at Old Port Roofing we are well known for our expertise in Heritage and National Trust work and are required by many to utilise the master craftsmen skills to replicate styles and era demanded by councils and trusts involved. We work with you to create a design and style that is complementary to your home's aesthetic.
Specialty styles, such as bullnose verandas etc. have been regular work for us with the highest of customer satisfaction. Our suppliers provide us with the means to provide our customers with the full Bluescope Colorbond colour palette to choose from. We promise to work with you to come up with the ideal outcome for your project.
We are also able to do new carports, pergolas and verandas including centenary styles etc.
Our clients' satisfaction is our top priority. Read their testimonials to see how Old Port Roofing has delivered exceptional roofing solutions, outstanding service, and lasting results.
Call or email our friendly staff and they will schedule an appointment with one of our experienced estimators to visit your property to assess, measure and quote. Quote will be sent to you via your preferred method email or post.
Once the quote is accepted either by phone or email we will turn this into an order and schedule into the next available dates on our itinerary, a site measure will be required prior to commencing the work – this is normally 4 weeks prior to commencing – a deposit invoice will also be sent once the site measure has been completed and materials have been ordered.
The project manager in charge of your works or friendly administration staff will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the commencement of your works and your job will be completed by our fully qualified tradesmen.
Once work is completed a final invoice will be sent out via your preferred method (email or post) for payment usually 7 days after invoice date unless other arrangements have been made.
Chances are that your old roof may be leaking cool air, meaning that your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems need to work harder to maintain your desired indoor temperature. A new roof allows your HVAC system to work more efficiently, therefore saving you money on your monthly energy bills.
Thanks to the thermatech technology in-built in Bluescope Colorbond, this type of roofing provides reflectors that bounce back penetrating heat. This means, our roofing solutions will provide you with a more energy efficient home, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.
We offer a free quotation service, which is attended to by an experienced tradesman so you can rest assured that you are receiving industry qualified knowledge from someone that actually knows the work, not a salesman.
Our team is well known for their cleanliness and organisation on site, tending to their work with minimum invasion to you, the home owner.
