Kensington Road project had extensive roof timber damage and was on the verge of a major collapse. All tiles were removed to expose the affected area and allow access for the Carpenters to re-frame. 80% of the structural members where replaced to realign the framework. Our team then installed a new Colorbond Basalt roof package, as the photos’ show it has been transformed and looks amazing.
